DNS API SysEleven Stack issues for DNS API

At the moment we are facing DNS resolution issues for SysEleven Stack.

We will keep you informed and apologize for any inconveniences.


We identified the issue and are working on a fix.


DNS resolution is working as expected again.

Cluster Nodes (SysEleven - CBK) Interruption in Metadata service in the CBK

Affected Systems: Cluster Nodes (SysEleven - CBK)

Description:

There is currently a disruption in the Metadata service in the CBK region.


Customer Impact:

MetaKube Customers: Creating new machines is possible, but they don't join the Kubernetes cluster.

SysEleven Stack Customers: At the moment it is not possible to create new VMs.


Update: 12:00

We were able to identify the cause and are in the process of correcting the fault.

We have changed the configuration Item. All Services are up again.

Block Storage (Cinder Volumes / M1 Flavors) SysEleven Stack Block Storage issues in region DBL

At the moment we are facing issues with the distributed file system, a core component of the SysEleven Stack. At the moment it is possible that virtual machines can't be spawned or write access to their volumes is stuck or very slow.

We will keep you informed and apologise for any inconveniences.

UPDATE 11:50 CET: There are still ongoing block storage performance issues. The octavia API is impacted as well.

UPDATE 12:37 CET: We identified the issue and resolved it. The API and block storage performance is now back to normal. Please contact us at support@syseleven.de if you are still experiencing issues.
