Description:

In order to ensure the greatest possible stability and availability of our network, we will be carrying out maintenance work on our routers at the DUS location during a maintenance window from 12:00 CET until 18:00 CET on Tuesday, 17  February 2026. During the execution of the work, an increased latency time is to be expected over the period of the maintenance window.

Description:

Maintenance window change from 5 February 2026 to 24 February 2026. This is a maintenance announcement for the SysEleven OpenStack Cloud. We will perform an update of the OpenStack services Network, Image and Volume. During this update, all OpenStack API services in the region will be unavailable.


Customer Impact during the Maintenance:

  • OpenStack API services in region FES will be unavailable (loss of control)
  • Running VMs will not be affected
  • Object storage will not be affected

Network INCIDENT: F5 Loadbalancer failure BKI

Affected Components: F5 Loadbalancer, BKI

Description:

  • Malfunction of our F5 Cluster in BKI caused by http2

Customer Impact:

  • Affected customers will see downtimes and/or flapping availabilty for their websites
  • Affected customers were notified via E-Mail
  • HTTP2 functions will be unavailable

Update 15:42: A fix was applied to prevent the cluster from crashing, HTTP2 has been disabled for all customers on the F5 Loadbalancer in BKI


Update 15:55: The cluster is running stable with the deployed fix. HTTP2 is still disabled.


Update 16:15: The cluster is still stable, so we declare this incident resolved. HTTP2 will stay disabled until further notice.
