Description:

We will perform maintenance on the cloud APIs and networking gateways.

Customer Impact during the Maintenance:

  • Several short interruptions of external network connectivity up to 10 seconds each
  • VPN connections could be interrupted for up to 10 seconds
  • SysEleven Stack APIs could be unavailable for up to 10 seconds

Virtual Machines Managed Platform (PVC) failure of rack (Power/PDU issue)

We have identified multiple systems suffering power loss in a specific rack on both feeds.

Servers are now being restored by re-balancing power connections. Afterwards we will analyse the PDU/Power event.

Please contact us via e-mail or hotline if you encountered problems but did not receive any mail.

Update: 99% of impact has been fixed/workaround-ed. We are recovering remaining systems. Due the power outage we lost one last server completely. The rest is back online.

We were facing short API problems with block storage volumes API (Cinder) in region DBL.

It was unable to create new volumes. Existing attached volumes were working without any problems.
