Virtual MachinesManaged Platform (PVC) failure of rack (Power/PDU issue)
We have identified multiple systems suffering power loss in a specific rack on both feeds.
Servers are now being restored by re-balancing power connections. Afterwards we will analyse the PDU/Power event.
Please contact us via e-mail or hotline if you encountered problems but did not receive any mail.
Update: 99% of impact has been fixed/workaround-ed. We are recovering remaining systems.Due the power outage we lost one last server completely. The rest is back online.

APISysEleven Stack API issues in Region DBL
Currently we are facing issues with the SysEleven Stack API. We are working on a solution and keep you informed.
The outage only affects spawning new virtual machines or changing existing resources.
We apologise for any inconveniences.
