Between 17 February 2021, 22:00 and 18 February 2021, 07:00 (UTC +1) we will perform planned maintenance in Region CBK

During the maintenance we expect the following impact:

  • Degradation in storage performance (S3 and VMs)
  • Interruptions of network connectivity of virtual machines for up to 5 minutes

Object storage (S3 / SEOS) SysEleven Stack Object Storage issues in region CBK

Between 1:10 and 1:13 p.m. we were facing issues with the Object Storage in Region CBK.

The problem is resolved now.

Metakube DNS Issues

We are experiencing DNS errors in Mekatube clusters that may lead to malfunctions. We are investigating the issue and come back with updates.

Update 14:20: Problem has been identified and fix is being prepared.

Update 15:09: Fix has been rolled out on most clusters. The rest is in progress.

Update 15:39: Fix has been rolled out on all affected clusters. Incident has been solved.

MetaKube Dashboard / API Metakube update start

We're starting a major update on Metakube at 12:15. Assuming everything goes according to plan, we should be done by 12:45 CET (11:45 UTC).

No service degradation is expected.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and we will notify you once the update has completed.

API SysEleven Stack API issues in Region DBL

Currently we are facing issues with the SysEleven Stack API. We are working on a solution and keep you informed. The outage only affects spawning new virtual machines or changing existing resources.

At the moment we are facing issues with virtual machine connectivity in the region DBL.

API Elevated API error rate in CBK

We noticed an elevated rate of API error responses (HTTP 5xx). This might cause issues when creating or updating resources.

S3 and already existing virtual machines are not affected.

We are investigating this and will keep you informed.
