SysEleven Stack maintenance announcement in region DBL, scheduled 2 years ago

Between August 3rd, 2021 22:00 and 24:00 (UTC +2) we will perform planned maintenance in Region DBL


During this period there will be:

  • network availability of virtual machines will be interrupted for up to 5 min
  • access to the API/Dashboard will not be affected
  • SEOS (S3) will not be affected
  • storage availability will not be affected

Release maintenance announcement - Metakube, scheduled 2 years ago

Between August 3th, 2021 16:10 (UTC +2) and 17:10 (UTC +2) we will perform planned maintenance


Metakube dashboard will be updated and could be unavailable for couple of minutes. Metakube control plane components will be updated. Customer clusters API servers will be updated using rolling update.


No actions are required from customers.

API SysEleven Stack API issues in Region DBL

Currently we are facing issues with the SysEleven Stack API. We are working on a solution and keep you informed. The outage only affects spawning new virtual machines or changing existing resources.

Release maintenance announcement - Metakube, scheduled 2 years ago

Between July 20th, 2021 11:00 (UTC +2) and 11:30 (UTC +2) we will perform planned maintenance


We will migrate load balancer exposing customer clusters api servers for aws. During the last rollout we hit the limit on certain resources by aws and now we got higher quota. This will change IP address of kubernetes api for aws clusters. No downtime is expected.


No actions from customers required.

Block Storage (Cinder Volumes / M1 Flavors) SysEleven Stack Block Storage issues in region DBL

At the moment we are facing issues with the distributed file system, a core component of the SysEleven Stack. At the moment it is possible that virtaul machines can't be spawned or have no write access to their volumes(disks).

We will keep you informed and apologise for any inconveniences.

UPDATE 04:19: The issues are now resolved. Please contact cloudsupport@syseleven.de if you are still experiencing issues.

Release maintenance announcement - Metakube, scheduled 2 years ago

Between July 15th, 2021 12:30 (UTC +2) and 13:00 (UTC +2) we will perform planned maintenance


We will migrate load balancer exposing customer clusters api servers for aws and azure clusters. This will change IP address of aws and azure clusters control planes. The migration will happen gradually and we do not expect any downtime. Nothing will be changed for openstack clusters.
