Past Incidents

Currently we are facing issues with the SysEleven Stack API in regions DBL, CBK and FES. We are working on a solution and keep you informed. The outage only affects spawning new virtual machines or changing existing resources.

We apologise for any inconveniences.

UPDATE 17:05: Our engineers are still working on resolving this issue. We will keep you informed.

UPDATE 17:46: Our engineers solved the problem. The API in DBL, CBK and FES is now available again. Please contact us if there are any remaining issues for you at support@syseleven.de

Between September 27th, 2021 11:30 (UTC +2) and 12:30 (UTC +2) we will perform planned maintenance

This update includes support for openstack application credentials that can be used to create and manage openstack clusters. During update some of control plane components of customer k8s clusters will be updated.

No actions required from customers.

Should you have any trouble following the maintenance work please contact us.

Our monitoring identified a loss of power in one rack in our bki DataCenter. At this moment we expect that both power feeds entered a failed state.
