Description:

Our data center operator will be performing maintenance work on the data center infrastructure on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, between 08:00 and 16:00 CEST.

Between 09:00 and 11:00 (CEST), maintenance work will be carried out on the redundant power feeds (A-feed) of the cage power distribution units

As part of this work, the power supply redundancy for the servers in this region will be temporarily suspended. However, this will not affect the availability of your services.

API INCIDENT: SysEleven STACK designate API Issues

Description:

  • Updating and creating DNS zones is not possible

Customer Impact:

  • Creating new DNS Zones and updating records for existing zones will fail

The API is available again but there are sometimes performance issues. Some requests can take some time until they are active on our name servers.
